About My Fitness Journey

My journey started when I was 38 years old. I had been married for about 11 years. I felt instructed by God to lose weight when I was 50 years old, and he also gave me a plan on how to do it. I do not know why or anything else.

I obviously needed to lose weight weighing 400lbs. I do not understand the reason God chose me to do this. All I know is if he tells me to do something I will do it.

Once I hit 50 years old, my life was upside down. I am not going to go into details. But this saved my life physically and mentally. I lost 200lbs out of 400lbs.

I will be sharing About My Fitness Journey from my starting point all the way through today on this blogging site. I want to help people have an excellent quality life. I am a certified ISSA CPT and have a master’s degree in physical education.

Excercise Plans

Regular exercise has been shown to improve your health significantly.

Its primary benefits include helping you achieve and maintain a healthy body weight and muscle mass and reducing your risk for chronic diseases.

Additionally, research has shown that exercise can lift your mood, boost your mental health, help you sleep better, and even enhance your sex life.

And that’s not all. It can also help you maintain good energy levels.

In short, exercise is powerful and can help improve your life.

03

Nutrition

Nutrition is important for training because it can help improve athletic performance, reduce fatigue, and help athletes recover faster.

A well-planned diet can provide the body with the nutrients it needs, such as vitamins, minerals, and protein, to support muscle growth and repair. It can also help athletes avoid injury and disease.
